The Public Relations Committee develops ways to share
information about the Rotary International organization and specifically about
the Southcenter Rotary Club. We want
to express a sense of pride and fun about our club and the many projects and
activities that we sponsor to assist the community.
Two major features of the PR efforts include the
Southcenter Rotary website, managed by member Bonnie Hilory, and the
memberships’ weekly newsletter, managed by Perry Chinn.
The website provides information about the Club’s events, committees and
fundraising efforts. It also
provides important links to the District Rotary and the Rotary International
Organization.
In order for our members to have access to up-to-date
information, the weekly newsletter provides information about upcoming meetings
and events. Our weekly newsletter editor is Perry Chinn, D.C. who can be

Besides the website, the Southcenter Rotary has developed a
brochure to provide a snapshot of our club and general information about Rotary
International. Feel free to download the brochure by clicking on “Membership
Brochure” on the left in the site menu.
We are looking forward to further promotions of Southcenter
Rotary Club and Rotary International by continually improving the website,
obtaining more media attention for Rotary programs and accomplishments and by
joining forces with other local Rotary clubs to strengthen an understanding of
what has and can be accomplished by Rotarians working together.
